Replacement Policy – Please Read Carefully Before Purchase

At Laywoon, your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 7-day Replacement Policy, which means you can request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note: We do not accept returns or provide refunds. Only product replacement is available, and only when the request follows our policy guidelines.


When Replacement Is NOT Provided

We do not provide replacement for the following reasons:

  • “I didn’t like the product”
  • “I don’t want the product anymore”
  • “The product is good, but it looks different than expected”
  • “The product is not like the images”

Please understand that we only offer replacement, not return, refund, or exchange.
All handling and shipping charges for replacement must be paid by the customer.


Replacement Time Period

Our replacement request window is 5 days from the delivery date.
Within this time frame, you must contact us with a valid reason explaining why you want the product replaced.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

Contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item arrives damaged
  • You received the wrong product

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
To process your request, you must provide an unboxing video and clear images showing the issue.

Note:
You must record a proper unboxing video and capture images of the product at the time of opening. These must be sent to us when requesting a replacement. Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept return or replacement for the following:

  • Perishable items (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care goods
  • Clothing or cloth-based items once used
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Important:
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds on sale items or gift cards.


Refund Policy

We do not provide any refund, return, or exchange under any circumstances.
We only offer replacement within the valid 5-day period from the date of delivery.

Product images are created with professional lighting and minor color correction to make them visually attractive.
Actual product color and appearance may vary slightly due to:

  • Lighting during photography
  • Display settings
  • Batch variations

We do not guarantee that the product will look exactly the same as shown in the images.

There may also be slight variations in design or color, depending on manufacturing batches.
